Issued at the destination airport on landing. Cheap and simple, but the queue is real and the officer can still refuse entry — carry every supporting document.

Visa on arrival costs IDR 500,000 and can be paid at the counter or pre-purchased online as an e-VOA, which skips one queue. It is extendable once by a further 30 days from inside Indonesia. Separately, Bali levies a one-time tourist tax of IDR 150,000 per person, paid online before arrival — it is not part of the visa and the QR receipt is spot-checked. Both amounts move with the rupiah, so the INR figure here is indicative.
