Dreamvaca is a consumer travel product operated by THIRTY3 FUNDOS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U82990DL2024PTC426235), registered at C-203 Badhwar Apartment, Dwarka Sector 6, New Delhi 110075, India. In these terms "Dreamvaca", "we" and "us" mean that company; "you" means the person making a booking or using this site.

Dreamvaca acts as a tour operator and as an agent for third-party suppliers — airlines, hotels, ground operators, insurers and visa service providers. Where we act as an agent, the supplier’s own conditions of carriage or accommodation apply alongside these terms.

This site is currently a showcase running on a seeded catalogue. Flight and hotel inventory shown under /flights and /hotels is illustrative data, not live availability, and cannot be ticketed or confirmed. Package pricing is computed by a real pricing engine but is not a binding quotation until a Dreamvaca consultant confirms it in writing.

No payment is taken through this build. When live payments begin, they will be processed by a licensed payment gateway and these terms will be updated and re-published before that happens.

A booking exists only when we have issued a written confirmation carrying a booking reference. A payment alone, a screen showing a price, or an email acknowledging your request does not create a booking.

The lead traveller is responsible for the accuracy of every name, date of birth and passport detail supplied. Airlines and hotels charge for corrections, and some do not permit them at all — those charges are payable by you.

Package prices are shown in Indian Rupees, per person, on the stated occupancy, and include the taxes stated in the breakdown. The inclusions and exclusions listed on each package page are the definitive statement of what you are buying.

• A price holds only for the departure, occupancy and dates it is quoted against.
• Currency movement, fuel surcharges, government levies and tourist taxes introduced after confirmation may be passed on at cost, evidenced in writing.
• Anything not written in the inclusions is excluded — meals not listed, optional excursions, tips, laundry, and personal expenses.
• GST treatment on tour packages is not yet finalised for this entity; no tax invoice is raised from this build.

You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your date of return, with sufficient blank pages, and for obtaining every visa, permit and health certificate your itinerary requires.

Where Dreamvaca files a visa on your behalf, we are responsible for filing a complete and correctly formatted application on time. We are not responsible for the decision, which belongs solely to the consulate or the immigration authority. A refusal does not entitle you to a refund of the government fee or of any non-refundable travel component.

Occasionally a supplier changes a hotel, a flight time or the order of an itinerary. Where the change is minor we will tell you and continue. Where it materially alters what you bought, you may accept the change, accept an alternative of comparable standard, or cancel with a full refund of amounts paid to us for the affected component.

We are liable for the parts of your holiday we contract and control, to the value of what you paid us for them. We are not liable for loss caused by events outside reasonable control — weather, natural events, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, airspace closures, government orders — or for the acts of an independent supplier operating outside our instructions.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended on every trip and is mandatory for destinations that require it as a condition of entry. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Content on this site — itinerary text, photography, the pricing engine and the design system — belongs to Thirty3 Fundos Technology or is licensed to it. You may read, share and print it for personal travel planning. You may not scrape it, republish it commercially, or use it to train a model.

A tour leader or supplier may remove a traveller whose behaviour endangers or seriously disrupts others. No refund is due in that case and onward arrangements become the traveller’s own responsibility.

Raise a problem while you are travelling, with the supplier on the spot and with Dreamvaca at the same time — almost everything can be fixed in the moment and almost nothing can be fixed a month later. Written complaints should reach us within 28 days of your return.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
