Service delivery
Dreamvaca sells travel services, not physical goods. Nothing is couriered — every document below reaches you electronically.
1. What is delivered
What you buy is a set of confirmed reservations and the documents that prove them. There is no physical shipment, no courier and no delivery charge — so there is also no delivery address to get wrong, and nothing that can be lost in transit.

2. Where it is sent
To the email address and mobile number given at booking, and nowhere else. If either is wrong, tell us before departure — a voucher sent to a mistyped address is the single most common reason a traveller arrives at a hotel without proof of booking.
3. If something is late
- A confirmation that has not arrived within an hour of payment usually means an email typo or a spam filter. Check both, then call us.
- A voucher can legitimately take longer than 48 hours when a supplier is confirming a peak-season room. We will tell you it is pending rather than let you wonder.
- If we cannot deliver a confirmed service at all, the cancellation and refund policy applies in full.
