Pricing

All prices are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable Indian taxes are shown as a separate line before you pay, never added afterwards. Where a service is delivered abroad, the price you are quoted is still the rupee price — we carry the exchange-rate risk between quotation and supplier payment, not you.

Prices are shown publicly, without an enquiry form, and change only when you change something — the number of travellers, the room sharing, the dates, or an optional item you add or remove. The figure updates on screen as you do it.

Each holiday page lists its own inclusions and exclusions in full. As a rule, a package price covers accommodation on the stated board basis, the transfers and sightseeing named in the itinerary, and any flights or visa fees explicitly listed.

It does not include:

• Anything marked as an exclusion on that holiday page.
• Meals not named in the itinerary, and everything personal — laundry, minibar, tips.
• Charges a hotel collects directly from you at check-in, such as a city or resort fee. Where we know of one, it is stated before you pay.
• Costs arising from a delay, cancellation or event outside our control.

Until a booking is confirmed and paid, a quotation reflects supplier rates that can move. Where a supplier re-prices between your quotation and your payment, we show you the new figure and ask you to confirm it. We do not adjust a price after you have paid unless a government levy changes, and in that case we will tell you what changed and why.

Registered travel agencies book through a separate partner portal at rates set by agreement, funded from a prepaid balance held with us. That balance is usable only against bookings made with us; it is not a stored-value instrument and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
