The ASAN e-visa is applied for on the official Azerbaijani government portal and is normally issued in three working days; an urgent three-hour option costs roughly double. It is single entry only, so a side trip out of the country and back needs a second visa. Fees are set in US dollars and move with the exchange rate, so the INR figure is indicative and confirmed at the time of application.
