This text is a working draft written for the Dreamvaca showcase build. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, it is not a contract, and no part of it takes effect until Thirty3 Fundos Technology publishes a reviewed version alongside live bookings.

1. Who these terms are between

Dreamvaca Partner is operated by THIRTY3 FUNDOS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED ("Dreamvaca"). "You" means the travel agency named at registration, and the person who accepts these terms on its behalf confirms they are authorised to bind it.

2. Approval and verification

Registration does not create the right to book. Dreamvaca reviews every agency and may approve, ask for more information, or decline.
You must give accurate business, tax and bank details, and keep them current. Documents you upload are used only for this review and for legal and tax compliance.
Dreamvaca may suspend an agency, and refuse bookings, where verification fails or the account is used in breach of these terms.

3. Prices

The price you pay for a booking is shown to you before you confirm it. Agent rates are built from the supplier's cost; Dreamvaca does not promise that an agent rate is lower than the price it charges the public for the same item.
Suppliers can re-price between search and booking. If the price moves you are asked to confirm the new amount before anything is charged.
The price you quote your own client, and your markup, are your decision and your responsibility. Where a supplier publishes a minimum selling price, you must not sell below it.
How GST, TCS and invoicing apply to agent bookings has not been finalised. This draft does not state a position on them; the final terms will.

4. The wallet

The wallet is prepaid. A booking is paid from it, and you cannot book beyond your balance (no credit is offered at present).
The wallet balance can be used only for bookings on Dreamvaca. It is not a bank account or stored value that can be withdrawn.
When a booking fails at the supplier, the amount held for it is returned to the wallet. When the outcome is uncertain, the amount stays held while our team checks with the supplier.

5. Your team

You are responsible for everything done under your agency’s logins, including by users you invite. Remove a user who should no longer have access.

6. Changes

When these terms change, the version number changes and you will be asked to accept the new version. This draft is not final until Dreamvaca publishes a reviewed version.
