Listing criteria: minimum standards for displaying search results
Clause 2.4.2 (g), Chapter 2 Business Rules (third proviso to Clause 2.3.3 (k)), ONDC Network Policy
These are the criteria Dreamvaca uses to reject a search result received from a Seller App. Each is objective and quantifiable — it names the field, threshold or check applied, so a Seller App can determine for itself whether a response would be listed.

Whitelisting criteria for Seller Apps
Dreamvaca applies no whitelisting criteria to Seller Apps. Every Seller App registered on the ONDC Network for a domain in which Dreamvaca is a Buyer Network Participant is eligible to have its search responses listed, subject only to the objective rejection criteria in the table above. No Seller App is excluded on the basis of identity, size, or any commercial relationship with Dreamvaca or its group companies.
What every listed result carries
A result that is not rejected by the criteria above is displayed with the identity of the Seller App fulfilling it, the total price in INR for the exact parameters the buyer entered inclusive of all taxes and charges, and the cancellation and refund terms applicable to it — reproduced in the provider’s own words rather than paraphrased. Results from different Seller Apps are blended into a single ranked list and are deliberately not de-duplicated. The same underlying property, vehicle or service may therefore appear more than once at more than one price, because those are genuinely different offers carrying different terms. Each row identifies the Seller App fulfilling it.
Sorting parameters and their relative importance

Listed in descending order of priority, highest weightage first. Results are ranked on a single parameter: there is no blended score, no quality signal and no supplier weighting, so the table below is the entire ranking function rather than a summary of it.

Tie-breaking
Two results at the same total price are ordered by Seller App subscriber id and then by item id, both ascending. The rule is deterministic, so the same search returns the same order every time, and it is independent of any commercial relationship with the Seller App.
Buyer-selected sorting
A buyer may replace the default ranking. A chosen sort replaces it entirely — we do not blend a buyer’s choice with any weighting of ours:

- · Total price, descending
- · Duration or trip length, where the item carries one
- · Seller App or provider rating, where the Seller App publishes one
Filters a buyer applies — price range, rating, cancellation policy, departure time — remove results from the list. They never re-weight the order of the results that remain.

Raising an issue
A buyer who is unhappy with an order placed through Dreamvaca can raise it with us directly, and we remain responsible for it regardless of which network participant fulfilled the order. Issues raised on the ONDC network against our Buyer NP are handled through the same process and the same officer.

Buyers raise and track grievances at /grievance, which files the issue on the ONDC network through the Issue and Grievance Management protocol and returns a reference the buyer can track it under.
